Processing time

While we make every effort to process records requests promptly, medical records are not released immediately upon submission of this form. Most requests are completed within one business day. Requests submitted on weekends, holidays, or outside of normal business hours will be processed during our next regular business day. For example, requests submitted on Friday evening or over the weekend will typically be processed on Monday.
