As Fear Free Certified professionals, we want your cat’s first visit to be as calm, comfortable, and positive as possible. Please complete this brief pre-visit questionnaire so we can learn about your cat’s preferences, past experiences, and any concerns before arrival. If prompted below to call us, please do so so we can share additional tips or recommendations tailored to your cat.

Note* If you have any concerns about getting your cat ready for their visit - such as catching them, getting them into a carrier, or safe transport - please give us a call at 252-772-1020. We’re happy to share tips and recommendations to help make the process as low-stress as possible for both you and your cat.

Has your cat ever been prescribed any supplements or medications, or have any been recommended to help with a visit to the vet?
Has your cat ever needed to be sedated because of their stress level at the veterinarian office?

As part of our Fear Free commitment, we ensure your cat's visit is as stress-free as possible. If your cat shows signs of anxiety, we may recommend a prescription medication to help them relax. Please note, we can only prescribe and dispense this medication after an initial evaluation of your cat. Should your cat need this support, the first visit might be dedicated to a 'Fear Free Consult,' where we'll provide the medication for you to administer at home before a follow-up appointment.
