Dr. Bobbi Kotrba:
Dr. Kotrba graduated high school in Virginia Beach, VA, and went on to attend Greensboro College in Greensboro, NC majoring in Biology. She attended NC State College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with her DVM degree in 1996. She moved to New Bern and started working under Dr. Don Campbell. In 2005, she purchased Craven Animal Hospital. She is married and has 4 children, 5 dogs, and 3 cats.
Her hobbies include reading, doing yard work, and enjoying activities with her family.
Dr. Meghan Dail:
Dr. Meghan Dail, DVM is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, but spent most of her life in Alabama. She graduated in 2010 from Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She received her B.S. in Zoology also from Auburn in 2006.
Dr. Dail joins us having worked exclusively with cats since graduating from vet school. Dr. Dail has a special interest in geriatric medication, behavior and environmental enrichment, anesthesia and pain management, and ultrasonography. She is a Fear Free Certified Professional and in 2019, earned their highest level of certification (Elite). Dr. Dail is also a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and the American Veterinary Medical Association. She plans to pursue ABVP feline specialty certification in the near future.
In her spare time, Dr. Dail enjoys spending time with her husband, CJ, a Registered Veterinary Technician, and their feline family at home. They have five cats – Dane, Skoshi, Freddy, Hamilton, and Peggy!
